Tahiti and Bora Bora
Here is some eye-candy from Tahiti and Bora Bora. These places are incredible and there’s not much that I can say that will describe them better than the pictures. These places really look like this!
The views at the pool and ocean at the Hotel Intercontinental in Papeete, which is on the island of Tahiti.
The sunset in Papeete.
All of the above were taken in Tahiti. We docked in Papeete, which is a city of about 130,000 people. The rest of the photos are from Bora Bora.
These are probably the most beautiful beaches that i’ve seen anywhere in the world.
Bora Bora was created by two volcanoes. There is a reef that surrounds the island, making the water at the beaches ultra calm and clear. It is also very shallow. You can see the waves crashing quite violently out on the reef but you can’t hear them.
Local brews. Sort of like Pabst Blue Ribbon…
The Island was formed by Volcanoes and has a rather rugged interior. It seems like the sort of place you would expect to see dinosaurs.
My new sunscreen flask in action!
Great stuff! I love to see the Tropic Tan in action. It looks a bit “Joe vs. the Volcano” esque. Also, treat yourself to some new shorts.
